Can I choose the agent or brokerage for my referral?

Yes! If you have a preferred agent or brokerage, let us know when placing the referral, and we’ll assign it to them.

Why Do I Pay Annual Dues for My Referral License?

Annual dues cover administrative costs for running the referral company and processing referrals.But with just one closed referral, your dues are fully reimbursed! Plus, every closing can earn you extra income-a great side hustle opportunity!

Do I need to stay updated on Continung Education?

Michigan Licensees: Yes, you still need to make sure you’re staying updated on your continuing education each year.

Indiana Licensees: No, continuing education is not required while your license is in referral.

Do you reimburse continuing education fees?

For the Michigan requirement, Yes! Just submit your continuing education receipt after your first closed referral of the annual billing period, and we’ll reimburse those fees along with your dues.
